Holly Jolly Greetings

Day 2 of the September challenge.  So far so good! 🙂

Today, I have a card that I CASED (Copy And Share Everything) from page 34 of the Stampin’ Up! Holiday catalog.

I used the new Holly Jolly Greetings Stamp Set and Christmas Greetings Thinlits Dies.  These are available for purchase as a bundle.  When you purchase the bundle you save 15%!!

This card was marked as a “Quick & Easy” project in the catalog and they are not kidding.  This was super easy and quick to put together.  I die cut the word Merry using part of a Red Foil Sheet.

I adhered the Whisper White banner using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Then, I wrapped the Silver Cording around the front and tied a bow.  I then adhered the card front to the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The Merry Moments Designer Series Paper Stack made making this card a breeze.  The designs in the paper stack are the same as the Merry Moments Designer Series Paper, but they are 6″x6″ while the DSP is 12″x12″.

Don’t you just love how the Red Foil Sheets add that extra pop to cards?!?  It adds a beautiful shine and in the pictures it almost looks like a puffy paint was used.  The Red Foil Sheets add a little extra dimension to the card without adding a lot of work to get it!

Here is the picture from the Holiday catalog.  The picture was so pretty, I just couldn’t resist making one myself.
