Everything Eleanor Birthday Card

By | November 22, 2015

One technique I love to do is the Triple Layer Stamping also called Triple Time Stamping.  Either way you want to call it, I find it to be a fun and easy way to add wow to your card.

I used the Everything Eleanor stamp set from Stampin’ Up! for this card.  I made one card without dimensionals (left) and one with (right) to show how quickly and easily dimensionals add to a card.

Here are the dimensionals for the cardstock:
Tempting Turquoise:
5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″ (Card Base)
4-1/2″ x 3-1/4″
3-1/2″ x 2-1/4″

Whisper White:
5-1/4″ x 4″
4-1/4″ x 3″
3-1/4″ x 2″

I used a Glue Dot on the back of the two smaller pieces of Whisper White and attached the 3 pieces together to stamp.  TIP: Rub your finger over the Glue Dots before adhering.  This makes it so they aren’t so tacky and can be removed once done stamping.

Stamp all 3 layers at the same time.  Once done, remove the 3 white layers from each other and adhere to the Tempting Turquoise mats.

The sentiment comes from the hostess stamp set, Happy Birthday, Everyone.

You can adhere the mats straight down to the next layer like so:

Or use Stampin’ Dimensionals behind the 2 mats:

Personally, my favorite is the popped version.  I LOVE using dimensionals! 🙂
