Today is Day 1 of a challenge I am participating in from one of my uplines at Stampin’ Up! The challenge is to post something I have stamped every day of the month for September. This might get tricky as life always seems to throw some curveballs, but I am willing to give this a try.
I created a few quick and easy birthday cards and a wedding card using the Definitely Dahlia background stamp.
First, I stamped the background in Wisteria Wonder. The sentiment is from the hostess exclusive stamp set Happy Birthday, Everyone. This set is available only when you host a Stampin’ Up! party or you can qualify by yourself when you place a $150 order or more.
To finish off the card, I adhered it to a piece of Wisteria Wonder from the Subtles Designer Series Paper Stack and added some Pearl Basic Jewels embellishments.
For this card, I just played around by changing the location of the sentiment and the pearls.
I stamped and matted this birthday card in Blushing Bride. Finishing it off with some Blushing Bride candy dots from the Subtles collection.
For the wedding card, I stamped the Definitely Dahlia background stamp in Blushing Bride. The sentiment comes from the stamp set Big News. I then added the Whisper White Organza Ribbon and popped the Blushing Bride mat up from the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
